LOUD is world champion again. On October 18, in Shanghai, the Brazilian organization beat Team Vitality 3-1 in the grand final of Valorant Champions 2026 and became the first team to win the title twice. The first came in 2022, in Istanbul.

The final, map by map

  • Summit: LOUD 13-11
  • Lotus: LOUD 8-13
  • Sunset: LOUD 13-5
  • Haven: LOUD 13-10

After losing Lotus, the team answered with a dominant Sunset and closed the series on Haven.

An international and very young roster

The tournament MVP was erde (Roberto Lobos), an 18-year-old Chilean who is also the team's in-game leader. The roster mixes Brazilians such as luk xo and tkzin with Portuguese player DaviH and Colombian player Darker. It is the youngest roster ever to win Champions.

The road to the title

LOUD beat Paper Rex 2-0, NRG 2-1 and Vitality 2-1 before meeting the French team again in the grand final. The tournament was played at the Jing'an Sports Center and later at the Mercedes-Benz Arena. 100 Thieves finished third and G2 fourth.

Prize and significance

The title is worth US$ 1 million from a total pool of US$ 2.25 million. It also closes a chapter: this was the last Champions of the partnership era, since the VCT returns to open qualifiers in 2027.

For Brazilian esports, the result confirms LOUD as one of the most successful organizations in the country and shows that the region can compete with anyone in Valorant. The image of 2022 in Istanbul now has company.
